Job descriptionProvide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques. Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervisor. Support clients with dementia by using patience, compassion, and specialized care techniques. Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Active CNA license or PCA experience / certification. Must pass a background check. Must have completed dementia-specific training. CPR / First Aid certification (preferred but not required). Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a nursing home is a plus but not required. Flexible scheduling options. Competitive pay rates.
