Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to make an impact in a fast-moving industry? We’re looking for a Qualifications Coordinator to join our team and help ensure new Drivers are qualified, compliant, and ready to hit the road quickly.
In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our Drivers, Agents, and internal stakeholders, making sure applications move smoothly through the approval process. You’ll combine your sharp eye for detail with strong communication skills to review documents, keep all parties informed, and help minimize any delays that could impact service.
Essential Job Duties
- Review new Driver applications for eligibility based on company standards and federal regulations
- Verify background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for compliance
- Communicate with Agents and Drivers via phone and email, providing updates on application status
- Review and track Driver drug test results
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Monitor process metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and accountability
