Subrogation Specialist

We are looking to add a Subrogation Specialist to join our Creative Risk Solutions team in Waukee, IA. This team member will support and coordinate subrogation and salvage processes for third-party claims, with increasing responsibility and autonomy, while collaborating with senior team members and other departments. Responsibilities :

• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities on automobile, work comp, and general liability claims.
• Coordinate subrogation efforts against at-fault parties and their insurance carriers.
• Submit arbitration applications for collections and respond to arbitrations defending insureds, counterclaiming when appropriate.
• Obtain and monitor salvage documents for insured and claimant total loss claims.
