The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Patient Placement provides clinical and administrative leadership, supporting a dedicated team that manages patient flow across seven hospitals in the Charlotte market.

This role oversees the Patient Flow Coordinator team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient movement between facilities — including arranging ground and helicopter transport for incoming and transferring patients. Responsibilities include mentorship, scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily team touchpoints.

What We're Looking For :

• Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience :  Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
• Licensure / Certification :  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit / Dept Specific Required Certifications.
• Additional Skills (required) :  Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
