Position

Substance Use Counselor , you'll play a vital role in helping individuals overcome substance use disorders through individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to change lives, grow professionally, and be part of a mission-driven team. We are looking for CERTIFIED or LICENSED counselors, open to working Sunday - Thursday 1pm - 9pm or Wednesday - Sunday 1pm - 9pm.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor\'s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Active SUD Counselor certification (CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LCADC, LCPC, LCSW, LGPC, LGADC, LGSW)

2+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment (detox experience preferred)

Strong crisis management & de-escalation skills

Job Summary

The Substance Use Counselor's role is to support others in recovery from a substance use disorder. The Substance Use Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to assist recovering individuals in preventing relapse and promoting long-term recovery. The Substance Use Counselor will use an outcomes-based approach and evidence-based practices to achieve results.
