The Adminastrative supports the purchasing and vendor management functions of the organization. This role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with internal departments to meet operational needs.

Must Haves :
Three years or more general accounting experience
3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

Job Responsibilities :
- Purchasing
- Inventory management
- Fleet – travel logs
- Receipts
- Budget entry
- Board of Health Reports
- Manages accounts payable for 12 counties and District Programs
- Vendor Management for all 12 counties and District Office
- Ensures PO packets are received correctly and timely for payment
- Ensures completeness of travel forms prior to payment
- Processes ACH payments, positive pay files / exceptions, travel checks, and travel direct deposits
- Processes 1099’s
- Assist other finance team members to complete clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Customer service liaison to counties for financial needs or operational needs
- Assist District Administrator as needed
- Electronic Funds Transfer
