The Opportunity :

As a Senior or Staff Product Engineer, you’ll build AI-powered workflows across voice, text, and image modalities. You’ll ship systems used across 1,000+ clinics, shaping the foundation of a long-neglected industry.

You’ll work directly with customers — from front-office staff to C-suite — to design, prototype, and ship production-ready AI agents and web applications. This is a 0→1 product role with real users and rapid iteration.

You’ll have freedom to make critical architectural decisions, own projects end-to-end, and define how automation and voice AI reshape healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack AI products from concept to production using Python and TypeScript (React / Next.js).
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and design intuitive tools that save time and drive revenue.
• Shape the core architecture of our platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance for real-time voice systems.
• Develop internal dashboards, admin tools, and data-oriented interfaces that visualize ROI and operational metrics.
• Work closely with the platform and infra teams to optimize performance, observability, and scalability.
• (Optional) Explore agent-building and voice AI integrations.
