Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting our Sales Director and driving our team's success. With your expertise in sales strategies, price management, and project coordination, you'll serve as a key player in ensuring smooth operations and achieving company goals. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate directly with leadership, make meaningful contributions, and be part of a dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do :

Sales Strategies : Assist the Sales Director in developing and implementing innovative sales plans to meet business objectives.

Price Management : Monitor pricing strategies, analyze market data, and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability.

Project Coordination : Oversee the successful execution of sales projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.

Team Monitoring : Track and evaluate the performance of the sales team, helping to align their efforts with company targets.

Collaboration : Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and seamless implementation of sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For :

Bilingual Mandarin Skills : Highly preferred but not required.

Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to craft and execute sales strategies with measurable success.

Analytical Expertise : Strong skills in pricing management, data analysis, and decision-making.

Communication Excellence : Outstanding coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and resolve challenges.

Proactivity : A self-starter with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience : Previous experience in sales, project management, or a related field is highly desirable.
