Responsibilities

As a Cash Application Specialist, job duties include :

• Research and process all check and ACH payments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify credit card payments and process batches in a timely manner.
• Write off small balances and intercompany invoices as needed.
• Research and submit refund requests, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department.
