Lead and manage all manufacturing site operations, including engineering, maintenance, and production teams. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as CI, TPM, and OEE, to optimize processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee engineering and maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the site.

A successful Manufacturing Site Leader should have :

• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, including FDA and ISO standards.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like CI, TPM, or OEE.
