Job descriptionManage a diverse book of business with accounts ranging from $5000 to $100000 in premium totaling approximately $350000 in revenue Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in industries such as manufacturing retail restaurants real estate and construction Handle standard servicing responsibilities including policy changes endorsements and renewals Collaborate with the marketing team for quoting new and renewal business Utilize agency management systems (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate client records and documentation Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in commercial lines account management Technical Skills : Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred) Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team Location : Must be local and able to work in-office for 2 days per week

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established family-owned agency that has been in business for over 85 years. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. This position offers a hybrid work schedule following a brief in-office training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $70000 - $80000 annually
- Health Insurance : 90% employer-paid
