The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours / week) during the 10-week program

Program Dates : May 29 - August 7, 2026.

Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.

Work Authorization : US Work Authorization required for this role.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the Security Education, Training, and Awareness program objectives which include annual security awareness training (development through delivery), delivering social engineering training in a variety of forms, ongoing creation of security training materials as the security landscape changes, and supporting the communication needs of the Security organization. Key responsibilities include executing content (communications, training resources, presentations) creation process from development through delivery, analyzing information to identify gaps in knowledge, reviewing content to determine what needs to be refreshed, recycled, or replaced. The internship offers hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and presenting content in a variety of formats to aid in the reduction of human security risks.

Required qualification

Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.

Graduating August 2026 - May 2028

Preferred fields include bur not limited to : English, Creative / Technical Writing, Communications Public Relations or similar field

Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (June 1 - August 6, 2026)

Proficiency and understanding of :

Excellent written communications

Interest in cybersecurity and high tech

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with ISO, NIST or other cybersecurity frameworks is a bonus, but not required

Work Setting

Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours be week during the 10-week program (June - August). US Citizenship required.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range :

Min : $26 / hour

Max : $38 / hour
