Mission (What You’ll Own) You’ll take full ownership of our Odoo 18 back-end , architecting and scaling a multi-brand B2B / B2C marketplace .

• Fast lane for growth – your code will run the company What You’ll Do Build clean, modular Python code in Odoo 18 (inventory, accounting, logistics, etc.) Integrate 3rd-party APIs : shipping, payments, AI agents, ERP extensions Write and maintain production-grade unit tests, cron jobs, security rules Tune Postgres queries and queues (Odoo Queue, Celery, RQ) Pair with front-end & AI engineers to ship full-stack features Own production issues with a time-zone-agnostic mindset Must-Have Skills ✅ 3+ years deep Odoo Python / ORM experience ✅ Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks , and third-party integrations ✅ Solid with PostgreSQL tuning , background jobs & async queues ✅ Comfort with tools like Git, black, pylint, pytest ✅ Understanding of OpenUpgrade and migration processes ✅ Production mindset : fix it now , refactor after Bonus Points For 🚀 Exposure to LLM workflows (e.g.
