The AI Specialist supports the evolution and maintenance of technology strategy and ensures AI solutions are aligned with overall business goals. Reporting into the CTO organization, the AI Specialist is responsible for staying current on emerging technologies in the AI space, contributing to AI project design and implementation, and collaborating with business units to shape and execute AI use cases. The AI Specialist partners closely with the AI Governance Officer, solution architects, and engineering teams to support technical feasibility, architecture design, vendor / tooling evaluation, and implementation.
The AI Specialist plays a central role in enabling the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence at, ensuring technical rigor in all AI-related development and operations. They support project teams with architectural oversight, vendor / tool selection, and issue resolution, and provide guidance on AI technical risks, performance, and optimization.
The AI Specialist will be responsible for :
- Remaining current in the AI domain from a technology perspective, including toolsets, platforms, and frameworks, and providing regular insights to the AI Committee and leadership.
- Providing technical guidance on the development and execution of AI solutions to support business strategy.
- Collaborating with the AI Governance Officer and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Developing training and communications to improve AI awareness across technology and business teams.
- Supporting AI-related project design and delivery, including assessments of third-party vendors and tooling for each use case.
- Working closely with the solution architecture and engineering teams to ensure that AI solutions are technically sound and aligned with architecture standards.
- Participating in troubleshooting and incident resolution processes related to AI technologies.
- Supporting AI governance during project execution, including technical controls and compliance with risk standards.
What we're looking for :
