Daily appointment setting, shows and prescriptive selling of high ticket personal training and memberships Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Company To meet with the facility leadership weekly to discuss lead generation metrics via direct response advertising, lead nurture metrics, sales metrics, fulfillment metrics, retention metrics, ascension metrics, LTV vs COA metrics, revenue metrics, overhead metrics, etc. To be poised when meeting & interacting with celebrities & professional athletes must provide the same world class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door. Is always high-energy (even at 5 am & 5 pm) Is great at talking with people and building rapport Wants to be THE CLOSER who takes all sales when in the building Is a BIG BELIEVER in overcoming objections Loyal, hard-working, self-starter Always follows through & never misses a deadline Believes that being early = on-time Can wear multiple hats Social media competent and Tech Savvy Coachable team player! Assisting with check-ins Setting up new memberships in POS system Collecting and processing payments Providing front desk sales and information Assisting with special events Managing retails sales Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Experience in dealing directly with clients and providing a positive client experience Effective time management and follow-through skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company (owners, associates, clients, community leaders, D1 leadership team) Attention to detail with critical thinking skills Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task and perform a wide variety of roles Growth of membership / personal training and retention by providing exceptional customer service in the facility Accurate and timely completion of daily job duties Effective collaboration with vendors to ensure proper service levels for the facility and clientele Adherence to standard policies and procedures to safeguard the assets of the company Associate Degree 3+ years of high ticket sales and management Can out-sell anyone in the room & loves it Knowledge of gym and retail operations Positive and energetic personality with a can do attitude Is a manager who will be the first one in & the last one to leave Sales : 1 year (Required) Fitness : 1 year (Required) Management : 1 year (Required) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Monday to Friday Saturdays (as needed)

Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and associated reporting through MindBody POS system. Maintain daily / weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to assure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.
