Job descriptionA high school diploma or GED 6 months of remote experience or 1 year of on-site customer service A calm professional phone presence Solid typing and Microsoft Office skills A quiet home workspace and flexible hours Windows 11 ONLY No Chromebooks or Apple 16 GB RAM computer is preferred Dual monitors (highly suggested) Noise-canceling USB headset (not required during application) Hardwired internet connection ( not required during application ) Earn $13$15 / hour Set your own schedule Work from anywhere Potential for long-term growth Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferably call center related Moderate level of computer knowledge Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be self-directed and self-motivated Strong listening skills Accuracy Efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements Active Phone line (mobile or landline) Mobile Device capable of downloading applications CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) Resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
