Change Management Specialist
Location : Hybrid within commutable distance to Florida or DE office locations, periodic travel required
Your role in our success :
This position will support organizational effectiveness and cultural development by collaborating with the
Human Resources and Culture teams. The focus is on driving strategic change initiatives, promoting high
levels of employee engagement, and ensuring key stakeholders are prepared, informed and aligned on
change initiatives by utilizing the Chesapeake change management framework.
What you'll be working on :
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that maximize employee adoption
and minimize resistance to organizational transformations.
Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring continuous communication andalignment across all levels of the organization.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, build networks of change agents, and provide support to leaders,including managing escalations and feedback.
Create and deliver targeted communication plans and materials (e.g., newsletters, enterprise-wide emailcampaigns, talking points, presentations) to ensure clarity and understanding of change initiatives.
Define and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and make data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Human Resources and other partners to align organizational design, role definition, andperformance management processes with change objectives.
Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance to change, developing specific plans toaddress concerns and foster engagement, while ensuring project objectives are met.
