Lead Atm Shipping Clerk

Job Summary

The Lead Atm Shipping Clerk is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of FI and Retail ATM shipments. The Lead Atm Shipping Clerk will also create and check orders, monitor the order status of ATM machines, prepare appropriate documentation and communicate with the sales team and other departments when ATMs have been completed and shipped.

Essential Functions

  • Creates DO (Delivery Order) based on daily WIP (work-in-progress) orders
  • Keeps the Delivery Order history for back up in the database
  • Partners up with the production team to monitor the 'Programming on hold' machine to ensure specific software installation is scheduled (Card and Cord) at the correct time
  • Checks and sends 'Will Call List' to corresponding departments for completed FI and Retail ATM
  • Coordinates with clients for pick-ups of FI and Retail machines
  • Prepares documentation for the FI machines accurately
  • Communicates with sales team when shipments are scheduled and expected delivery date
  • Calls trucking companies to coordinate and schedule shipments for pick-up
  • Checks '4010 STEP' list in MES before transferring ATM machines to Good Issue
  • Conducts GI (Good Issue) with high attention to detail to ensure labeling and SO numbers are correct
  • Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

Education And Experience

  • Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of prior shipping experience is required
  • Must possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job
  • Knowledge of MES is a plus
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites
  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
