About The Position

Job Description

Summary :

We are seeking a  skilled and flexible CT Technologist to join our dynamic diagnostic imaging team. The technologist will perform high-quality CT procedures on a variety of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role requires excellent clinical skills, adaptability to multiple start times, and a commitment to patient safety and image quality.

Responsibilities :

Perform a range of CT imaging procedures, including trauma, neurological, musculoskeletal, abdominal, chest, and vascular studies.

Administer contrast media under appropriate safety protocols and assess for reactions.

Maintain imaging equipment, adhere to radiation safety standards, and ensure accurate documentation in PACS

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for optimal imaging outcomes.

Follow isolation protocols and patient safety guidelines during imaging and transport.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements :

Must be open to working  any shift time , including early mornings, evenings, and overnight.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Community hospital experience required.

Patient ratio : 1 : 1

Must provide RTO at time of submission.

No floating and no call required.

Locals accepted at the same rate.

Qualifications

Education :

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Experience :

Minimum  1 year of CT experience  (2 years preferred)

Strong experience with a variety of protocols, including emergency, outpatient, and trauma imaging

License / Certifications :

BLS  – Required

ARRT (R)  – Required

ARRT (CT)  – Required

California CRT  – Required

CT Certification  – Required

Skills

Abdomen & Pelvis (with / without contrast)

Chest (with / without contrast, PE protocols, CTA)

Spine (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar)
