R&D Business Analytics Lead – Drive Innovation with Data
Join our dynamic R&D Business Analytics team to deliver insights that shape strategy and accelerate innovation. Collaborate across R&D, operations, and finance to optimize performance and enable breakthrough results.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and present complex data to support R&D and business goals.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and deliver solutions.
• Lead process improvements and support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate insights and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in analytics, preferably in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling skills.
• Passion for innovation, AI, and data-driven solutions.

Top Skills:

• Industry experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare)
• Business & financial analytics expertise
• Strong stakeholder engagement and critical thinking

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60-$65/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
