Contract Hr Generalist
We are looking for a contract HR Generalist for a construction firm who is responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, helping drive positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with HR policies. You'll work closely with management and team members to deliver effective solutions in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support employee relations, providing guidance to staff and managers.
Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and handle confidential information appropriately.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Champion initiatives to improve engagement, workflow, and operational efficiency.
Participate in HR projects and support change management strategies as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years' experience in human resources or related function.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with effective organizational and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and digital collaboration tools.
