Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and Weekend AM (3×12)

Pay : $25–$35 / hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mill-turn machines , lathes, and EDMs to produce high-precision parts
• Troubleshoot programs, adjust offsets, and suggest feed / speed improvements
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and process documents
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality to improve fixtures, tooling, and setups
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and indicators
• Maintain production logs, complete job cards, and support continuous improvement
• Follow strict GMP / GDP standards and promote safe machining practices

What You Bring

✅ 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn preferred)

✅ Strong setup skills with proven knowledge of G-code and multi-axis machines

✅ Ability to make tooling changes and minor program edits

✅ Familiarity with tight tolerances and medical-grade materials is a plus

✅ Solid math skills, blueprint reading, and quality-minded mindset

✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
