Occupational Therapist (OT) - Long Term Care (LTC) needed asap

1 year of OT experience - Required

Experience in a leadership role within a SNF / LTC rehab setting. - Required

Knowledge of PDPM - Required

MO State License - Required

New grads- NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS POSITION
