A company is looking for a Client Technical Support Consultant (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Support level / tier 3 of interfaces and connectors while ensuring defect-free implementation
Coordinate with various teams for knowledge sharing and best practices, and mentor new team members
Manage client escalations, create root cause analyses for issues, and act as a subject matter expert for connectors
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience leading SAP HCM payroll support teams, including integrations
Experience in deploying processes across multiple teams
Strong understanding of ABAP HCM logic and payroll processing procedures
Experience with file processing via SFTP
Fluency in English (oral and written)
