Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes for events according to event-specific menus and timelines.
Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth execution of service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in temporary or off-site kitchen setups.
Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout events.
Support setup, breakdown, and transportation of food and supplies for off-site events.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Adapt quickly to changing needs, event demands, and high-volume service environments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in catering, banquets, or event-based cooking required.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and high-volume kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during fast-paced events.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays often required.
ServSafe certification preferred.
