This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : 8 and maybe 10 hours shifts; no call
• Supervision vs Independent : 1 : 4
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications required : Board Certifications and DEA required
• Number of Operating Rooms : 5
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Illinois Active License required
