The Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary enterprise-minded Senior Director OPEX to lead and transform all aspects of OPEX management and governance across the Enterprise business organization. This role is responsible for architecting a scalable, standardized support model that drives operational excellence, transparency, and alignment with long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strong business partner and a trusted advisor. Adept at influencing senior stakeholders, leading large global teams, and redefining how Finance partners with the business through advanced analytics, process innovation, and strategic foresight. Experience in sales, product marketing, operations, and telecom is highly valued.

The Main Responsibilities

Enterprise OPEX Governance & Strategic Management

• Provide executive oversight of OPEX across the global Enterprise business.
• Design and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead enterprise-wide cost optimization, investment efficiency, and growth initiatives.
• Manage a $3B+ OPEX P&L with rigor, strategic vision, and proactive risk management.

What We Look For in a Candidate

12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a focus on OPEX, FP&A, or enterprise financial management. Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional, and global teams in complex, matrixed organizations. Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into executive-level insights. Outstanding communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with senior executives. Proven experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives and transformational change. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, financial modeling, and enterprise planning systems. Power BI, SAP, Essbase, and SAC experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
