Our client is seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ground-up construction projects across South Florida, a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed budgets / estimates for ground-up construction projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate takeoffs and scope understanding.
• Ability to manage the estimating team.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and budget control.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and subcontractor input to produce competitive and accurate estimates.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead estimating efforts and contribute to preconstruction strategy and value engineering.
