About the Role

  • Perform front-desk duties such as patient check-in / out, appointment scheduling, and handling payments and medical records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Support clinical and billing teams with accurate administrative and clerical documentation.

  • Accurately collect and update patient information, including insurance and billing details.
