\nStartDate : ASAP \nAvailable Shifts : 8 D / E / N \nPay Rate : $1936.01 - $2121.37 \n

\nPT needed asap\nThe shift that we are currently seeking is Mon – Fri 9 -530 Our clinic sees a wide range of patients. \nSomeone with pediatric experience would be nice however not a requirement.\nIL lic required\n2 years experience\nCurrently on staff we have 2 PTs, 3 PTAs and an ATC. Our typical volume at our clinic would be 8-10 patients per clinician. We have 45 minute appointments for our patients.\nEPIC\n

Required Qualifications

Someone with pediatric experience would be nice however not a requirement.

IL lic required
