We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic, multi-specialty practice specializing in Neurology, Physical Medicine, and Orthopedics. This role offers both full-time and part-time options for qualified candidates committed to providing exceptional patient care in a team-based environment.
This position requires active New York State licensure, clinical flexibility, and the ability to travel between our Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Bronx clinic locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and maintain efficiency in patient care and documentation.
Compensation :
Base Salary : $120,000 - $130,000 annually (depending on experience and schedule); Daily $450-500 for part-time options.
Annual salary review and potential merit-based increases.
Schedule & Locations :
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Hours : Typical clinic hours 9 AM - 5 PM.
Must be willing to travel between Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Bronx locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform comprehensive consultations and follow-up visits across specialties including neurology and physical medicine.
Obtain, document, and interpret medical histories, diagnostic findings, and test results directly into the EMR.
Provide timely completion of all clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and order diagnostic or therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
Support continuity of care by collaborating closely with physicians and other providers in a team-based model.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.
Requirements :
Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New York State.
Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered.
Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel across multiple clinic sites.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team framework.
