Your Day In The Life
Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goalsManage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expensesOwn scheduling, expense tracking and labor managementFollow inventory control procedures and guidelinesHire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managersIdentify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotionsVerify product quality, safety and sanitation standards are metAbility to understand and learn from financial reportsPerform other related duties as required and assignedWhat Youll Bring To The Table
High School degree; Bachelors degree, preferredMinimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industryThree years of supervisory or leadership experienceServSafe CertificationDriven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement who is passionate about achieving resultsSystems and processes orientedAbility to work flexible schedule consisting of mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
