DSI is hiring for Visitor Control Officer / Customer Service in Huntsville, AL. Do you love working with people and interacting with the public in a busy environment? If so, this may be the job for you!

• Visitor Control Officers are responsible for greeting visitors, using electronic kiosks and computer systems, giving directions, and providing assistance into the building as needed while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• You will work in a healthcare setting which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Being on time, dependable, and having excellent attendance is required.
• Visitor Control Officers are responsible for access control; being observant with attention to detail is key.

In addition, you will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual. You will interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

Pre-employment requirements : you must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required. You must have reliable transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
