Job descriptionSupport day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor buyouts Manage and distribute up-to-date drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Participate in meetings and help document progress, punch lists, and client walk-throughs Help identify and resolve field issues in real time alongside the Superintendent and PM 24 years of construction experience , ideally in custom residential or light commercial Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and documentation Excellent communication and organization skills Comfortable with job site environments and construction technology (Procore) Competitive salary based on experience Defined bonus programs Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Supportive, growth-minded family environment Opportunities for advancement Ernst Brothers Building the Extraordinary since 1984.
