Payroll Coordinator

A leading real estate developer and operator is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their New York team. This full-time, on-site role will handle weekly payroll for a large group of union employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing union payroll in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll, maintaining employee data, preparing accruals and reports, assisting with union invoicing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and departments to resolve discrepancies and support payroll accuracy. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field preferred), 5-7 plus years of payroll experience, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups). Experience with union payroll, especially 32BJ, and familiarity with systems like Workday, E-Time, or ADP are preferred.
