We’re hiring a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to take charge of $10M+ mission critical electrical projects . In this role, you’ll lead a team of 25+ electricians while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to code.

Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day field operations for large-scale electrical projects.

Lead, train, and develop field crews.

Maintain project safety, quality, and NEC / code compliance.

Coordinate with GCs, clients, and inspectors.

Oversee procurement, scheduling, and manpower allocation.

Requirements :

10+ years in the electrical trade with superintendent-level leadership.

Strong experience managing mission critical or large commercial projects.

Licensed journeyman / master electrician (or ability to obtain).

OSHA 30 preferred; excellent communication skills required.
