Job description5+ years of FCAW multi-pass (10+) welding experience on heavy plate (2+ inches). 3+ years of structural heavy plate / structure fitting experience Previous .035 hard wire experience on 1 / 4" or thinner material 3+ years of reading and comprehending complex blueprints Experience with back gouging, carbon arcing or air arcing. Must pass three (3) weld qualification tests using FCAW large diameter wire (3 / 32). Must pass two (2) structural fitter qualification tests using FCAW large diameter wire (3 / 32). Safety first mindset. Understanding of quality requirements and ability to execute. Ability to work well individually and in a team environment. Ability to work overtime to support production demands.
