We have partnered with a school district seeking a Special Education Teacher to join their team for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. All applicants must be a licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of Texas, or be eligible to obtain. This is a full time opportunity is available in the  Dripping Springs, Texas area.  Previous school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation for this position is lucrative, negotiable and pays significantly more than a traditional position working directly with the school district. Most importantly, these positions are  stable contract opportunities as Elevation Healthcare retains over 90% of our contracts on a year-to-year basis.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Create and maintain IEPs, ensuring that educational goals are met in collaboration with parents, specialists, and other educators.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
