As an Expo and Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a smooth and exceptional dining experience. You’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring that dishes are delivered promptly and accurately while maintaining our high standards of presentation and service.

• Organize and manage food orders as they come out of the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Deliver food to tables promptly while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets Zenshin’s standards.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Hotel policies, no facial hair, no visible tattoos or piercings, natural occurring hair color, and no long hair (for men)
