Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate sales quotes, both simple and complex, aligned with customer needs and company policies.
- Acknowledge and process quotes and queries within designated SLAs.
- Submit deal registrations within 2 hours of request.
- Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any related issues.
- Provide proactive support to customers and sales team, including responding to enquiries and forwarding warm leads to account managers.
- Support the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and open enquiry management.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal opportunities.
- Generate detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit data.
- Continuously seek process improvements to streamline sales support operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.Able to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
