Summary
The Marketing and Sales Manager is a team leader responsible for assisting the Property Manager in a collaborative effort to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, marketing and leasing goals. This position is an invaluable onsite leader that will assist Property Manager in the training, development and performance of a leasing team.

What You’ll Do :
Assist with the brand management in making sure that the brand is being appropriately represented at a community levelAnalyze sub-market trends and results to develop a strategic marketing and advertising plan designed to drive qualified leads that link to the business strategy and planConduct ongoing analysis and reviews of targeting strategy, lead generation quality, advertising, sales messaging, websites, and collateral materials for accuracy and relevance as it relates to lead generation goals, verbiage, and brand awarenessSupervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved by the Executive DirectorWork with the Executive Director to assist on-site staff in building relationships with colleges and universities, vendors, and prospectsDevelop annual property marketing plansDevelop and manage Resident ProgramsUtilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and achieve budgeted occupancyAssist in the completion of market surveys and leasing reports as requiredAccurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperworkMaintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessaryManage ILS provider, website updates, internet advertising and bulk advertising opportunitiesCreate or review and manage all property promotional itemsWhat You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or other related field is preferredExperience in multifamily industry within a sales, leasing or management position preferredHigh degree of proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and ExcelProficiency in social networking required, including but not limited to : Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & TwitterAbility to read and write English fluentlyComputer literacy requiredWhat You’ll Get (Peak Perks) :
