Job description

General Dermatology Opportunities – Physicians & Physician AssistantsPractice Type : Privately Owned (Non–Private Equity)Locations :

  • Alamo Heights : 1 Physician + 1–2 PAs
  • Dominion : 1 Physician (no PAs)
  • Schertz (opening January) : 1 Physician + 1–2 PAs

About the Practice

  • Focus on general / medical dermatology (not cosmetic-only)
  • Highly PA-friendly environment with 14 current PAs
  • Strong support system :
  • Physicians – 3 support staff each
  • PAs – 1 dedicated MA each
  • Schedule : 4 days per week, 8-hour days
  • 15-minute appointments
  • No weekends or on-call duties for providers

    • Compensation & BenefitsPhysicians (Dermatologists)

  • Compensation :
  • Year 1 : $20K–$30K / month guaranteed base
  • After Year 1 : 40% of collections
  • CME Allowance : $4,500 annually
  • 401(k) : 5% employer match
  • Additional Info :
  • Open to dermatologists entering residency or recently completed
  • Primarily general dermatology, minimal to no cosmetic focus

    • Physician Assistants (PAs)

  • Experience : 2–3 years of general dermatology required
  • Compensation :
  • Competitive base salary (DOE)
  • 5% monthly performance bonus
  • CME Allowance : $2,500 annually
  • 401(k) : 5% employer match
