Join an outstanding multi-disciplinary team including an on-staff psychiatric team and licensed clinical staff. Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is an accredited NHSC facility.
The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Pay Range :
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,302 DOE

At Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH), we know that real change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered. As a Therapist embedded within the DHS Child Welfare system, you’ll provide vital clinical services to children and families navigating some of life’s hardest moments, and help ensure those moments are not what define them.
In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional therapy : you’ll be a stabilizer in times of crisis, a guide through court-ordered treatment, and a champion for reunification and resilience. You’ll partner closely with DHS teams, foster care providers, and the courts to deliver timely, trauma-informed care that supports child safety and family healing.

You must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) under Oregon Administrative Rule by holding one of the following degrees :
