About the Role :
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for numbers, and is committed to maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
