  • Program / What They Do : Supervision

    • This team plays a critical role in supporting the firm's compliance and risk management efforts by enabling supervisory functions through technology, data, and process optimization.
    • Supervision is designed to manage regulatory oversight and supervisory workflows for advisors and financial transactions. It's not a standalone consumer-facing product but rather an internal platform that supports compliance teams and advisors by automating review processes, approvals, and risk checks.
    • o Regulatory Compliance : Ensures adherence to FINRA and SEC rules for transactions, accounts, and advisor activities.

      o Workflow Automation : Streamlines supervisory tasks like trade reviews, order approvals, and exception handling.

      o Data Integration : Pulls data from multiple systems (order entry, annuities platforms, iPipeline, Prudential feeds) into a unified workflow for supervisors.

      Required Skills :

    • 7+ years of professional experience in project and program management
    • Experience with RAID Logs, Status Reports, Collecting Data Points
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
    • Ability to manage interdependencies and work across all of Supervision - 4-5 different Tech Leaders
    • Will support multiple different programs / workstreams (data center migration work, Oracle Mantas upgrade project, Commonwealth M&A deal, etc.) - should be able to flex up and down
    • Financial Services experience
    • Compliance / Regulatory / Supervision would be a major nice to have
    • Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives within the organization.
    • Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
    • Partner with executive leadership, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide technical and product strategies.
    • Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
    • Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
    • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
    • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of complex programs and products.
    • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
    • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as vendors, suppliers, customers, investors, analysts, media outlets, government agencies, industry associations, etc.
    • Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews of progress against project milestones and adjust course as needed.
    • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
    • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
    • Identify potential issues early on and address them proactively before they become major problems.
    • Coordinate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
    • Ensure timely communication of relevant information to stakeholders throughout the organization.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all aspects of the project lifecycle.
    • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and other financial aspects of the project.
