    SNAP is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our Housing Services Core as a Technical Services Coordinator . This key leadership role oversees the daily operations of our Weatherization team, ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met across all projects.

    What You’ll Do

    As the Technical Services Coordinator, you’

    Supervise, train, and mentor a skilled team of Weatherization technical staff.

    Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

    Lead safety programs and ensure all staff maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.

    Monitor job sites, track materials and labor costs, and inspect completed work for quality control.

    Collaborate with energy auditors, project managers, and purchasing staff to coordinate workflow and maintain compliance with funding guidelines.

    Maintain records, review contractor bids, approve change orders, and verify completion of contracted work.

    Represent SNAP at community events and uphold our mission of creating opportunities and building stronger neighborhoods.

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical, construction, or energy-efficiency field.

    Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools for tracking and reporting.
