Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting. Specialization in trauma, substance use, or family counseling preferred. Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines. Job Type : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation : $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Stay informed about new trends in mental health through workshops and training.
