Rapid Rehousing Program Director
As the Rapid Rehousing Program Director I oversee the Joint Component Programming embedded within the Transitional Living Programs (TLPs) across King County. This role is responsible for ensuring program compliance with HUD Joint Component guidelines, supporting service coordination, and driving performance outcomes related to housing stability and participant engagement. This position will provide direct oversight and support at a site in Auburn, WA. In addition to RRH oversight, this Program Director will manage food procurement operations across all assigned sites, ensuring consistent access to basic needs for program participants. The Program Director will supervise 1-2 RRH Case Managers, each managing a caseload of 35-50 participants. These staff are responsible for housing navigation, service linkage, and supporting clients in achieving long-term housing stability. This position will work in close collaboration with other Program Directors overseeing Facility-Based Housing Programs to promote streamlined service delivery, shared best practices, and coordinated care across the system. The Program Director will ensure adherence to Housing First principals, trauma-informed care, and low-barrier access, in alignment with HUD Standards. This position will also support the On-Call Supervisor rotation and must commit to being on call every 6-7 weeks on a rotating basis. This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people's ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people's ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies : reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety, and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y's programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and / or homelessness systems.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Hours can be flexible. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
