Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician (Remote) .

This role is with a major healthcare organization and offers strong long-term potential.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Compensation

The pay rate is $20-$25 / hr

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service.

Highlights

  • Remote position
  • Full-time schedule :

8am–4 : 30pm or 9 : 30am–6pm EST, Monday–Friday

  • PTCB certification and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required
  • Non-dispensing pharmacy environment
  • Cross-training opportunities after primary role proficiency
  • Potential for conversion to full-time employee

    • Responsibilities

  • Process prescriptions, troubleshoot cases, triage calls, oversee automation, and support daily pharmacy operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital pharmacy operations to support cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with ongoing digital pharmacy projects to improve services and optimize workflows.
  • Engage with internal and external software vendors to provide feedback and collaborate on updates.
  • Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Pharmacist in Charge in maintaining regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours in the future as pharmacy operations expand.

    • Requirements

  • Active PTCB National Certification
  • Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (additional state licenses a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or customer service setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Flexibility to work evening / weekend hours or holiday rotations if required
