Location : Princeton, NJ. ONSITE

Job Description :

• Primarily responsible for analyzing, debugging and resolving production support issues. Develop functional knowledge of the application and gain Subject Matter Expert level knowledge
• Strong experience in Java 8 / 11 , Spring, Spring batch, Springboot Hibernate , Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Proficient in AWS Load Balancers, EC2, ECS, Lambda, Cloudwatch Monitoring, CDK scripts, Gitlab pipelines
• Knowledge with Linux commands, shell scripting
• Able to analyze Splunk logs and Dynatrace monitoring, performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Strong documentation skills and Problem solving abilities
• Should be willing to work and resolve tickets as per Incident SLAs
• Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
• Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to issues with in application
• Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Works under pressure and is able to manage competing priorities
• Meets or exceeds expectations on process turnaround for assigned tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure.
• Able to resolve P1 / P2 issues and represent team in the bridge calls
• Providing root cause analysis for critical Bugs / defects
• Post Production changes / release validation of application support during off-hours
